RETURNS/EXCHANGES

At Kaddu, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds.

Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or were incorrectly shipped.

To request a return, please complete our Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery or purchase. If your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.

Please note:

• Returns submitted without an approved Return Authorization (RA) Number will not be accepted.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Kaddu.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery or purchase may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased directly from a Kaddu retail location must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or replacement only. Any items returned without a receipt will not be accepted.

Gifted Items

If you received a Kaddu item as a gift, please contact us and provide as much information as possible about the original purchase. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or replacement only.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned

Markdowns/Price Adjustments

We do not issue price adjustments on the occasion that an item ordered by a customer has since then been marked down to a lower cost.

Final Sale 

All items with a discount of 25% or higher are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange/returns.​

Workshops, Events & Birthday Parties

Due to limited capacity and advance planning requirements, purchases for workshops, events, memberships, and birthday parties are generally non-refundable. Additional terms and cancellation policies may apply and will be provided at the time of booking or registration.

Kaddu reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
