SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be longer during:

• New product launches

• Holiday periods

• High order volume periods

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
We may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers from time to time.  We only ship within USA and currently do not offer international shipping. 

3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier and are estimates only.
Kaddu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external disruptions.

4. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:

• Estimated ship dates are shown at checkout

• Updates are provided as your order moves through fulfillment

• Actual shipping dates may vary slightly based on production timelines
   

5. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Kaddu is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Delayed deliveries

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. We will review and provide a resolution if eligible.

7. Incorrect Address
Kaddu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale shipping is calculated separately and may be invoiced based on:

• Order size

• Weight

• Destination

Free shipping applies to wholesale orders over $1,000 USD when ordered directly through Kaddu.
This offer does not apply to third-party platforms or marketplaces.

9. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders.
Customers can select local pickup at checkout (if available) or contact us directly to arrange pickup details.
All pickup orders must be collected within 48 hours after receiving confirmation that the order is ready. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be returned to inventory and made available for resale.
