• In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days

• Pre-order items ship based on timelines provided at checkout

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for wholesale orders

• We are not responsible for carrier delays or external disruptions
   

7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
We only accept returns or replacements for:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items shipped

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
Birthday parties, workshops and other events are non-refundable.

8. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale access is limited to approved U.S.-based businesses. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion. Wholesale pricing, terms, and ordering details are shared only with approved accounts.

9. Creator / Affiliate Program
Participation in the Kaddu Creator Program is voluntary and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate creator benefits at any time if participation or content does not align with our guidelines or brand values.
Affiliate commissions (if applicable) are governed by separate terms provided upon approval.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Kaddu and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

11. Studio, Workshops & Experiences
Kaddu may offer in-person studio experiences, workshops, and creative programming. Participation is subject to additional safety rules, waivers, and policies provided at booking or entry. We reserve the right to update scheduling, pricing, availability, and participation requirements at any time.

12. Birthday Parties & Events
Kaddu offers birthday parties, private events, and group experiences at our studio location or partner venues.
All bookings:

• Require advance reservation and payment as outlined at checkout or booking confirmation

• Are subject to availability

• May include additional event-specific policies, waivers, and safety guidelines

• Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking

We reserve the right to reschedule or modify events due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Memberships
Kaddu may offer membership programs that provide access to studio experiences, workshops, and related benefits.
Membership terms:

• Benefits are non-transferable

14. User Submissions
By submitting content (including reviews, photos, or social media tags), you grant Kaddu permission to use, repost, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability
Kaddu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, or participation in in-person experiences. All products and activities must be used under appropriate supervision, especially when children are involved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaddu’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
lets update the returns section: returns can be made in person or online. for online returns, shipping fees are not reimbursed and will be deducted from the original order total. also, any shipping charges to send the item back to us will be paid by the customer. under birthday parties & events, remove or partner venues. under studio workshops & experiences, remove the word "may" and update to kaddu offers, same for memberships. after updating all these, give me the full updated list
